You are responsible for providing accurate mobile numbers, consumer numbers, bill details, account information and other transaction details. Transactions processed using incorrect information supplied by a user may not be reversible.
4. Payments & Transaction Status
Payment completion does not always mean that the underlying recharge, mobile recharge or recharge fulfilment has been completed. Final status may depend on the relevant operator, operator, payment provider or service partner.
5. Failed or Pending Transactions
Failed or pending transactions may require reconciliation with payment and service partners. Eligible refunds are handled according to the Return & Refund Policy and applicable partner timelines.
6. Recharge
Recharge and mobile recharge may be subject to brand-specific validity, redemption, cancellation and usage conditions. Users should review applicable recharge terms before purchase or redemption.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, conduct fraudulent activity, or use the services in violation of applicable law.
