Customer Policy

Return & Refund Policy

This policy describes the general treatment of failed, pending, duplicate and successfully fulfilled digital transactions.

1. Digital Services

iHandel primarily provides digital services. Once a recharge, mobile recharge or recharge has been successfully processed or fulfilled, it generally cannot be returned like a physical product.

2. Failed Transactions

If payment is successfully debited but the underlying transaction is confirmed as failed, the transaction may be eligible for an automatic or manually processed refund after reconciliation with the relevant payment and service provider.

3. Pending Transactions

Pending transactions may take additional time to receive a final success or failure status. A refund, where applicable, will normally be initiated only after the transaction is confirmed as failed.

4. Duplicate Payments

If duplicate payments are identified for the same intended transaction, contact support with the relevant transaction details. Eligibility will be reviewed based on transaction records and service fulfilment.

5. Successful Recharge or Mobile Recharge

A successfully processed recharge or mobile recharge is generally non-refundable. Users are responsible for checking the mobile number, operator, consumer number, operator and amount before confirming payment.

6. Mobile Recharge

Successfully issued recharge are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the applicable brand or recharge partner permits cancellation or the recharge was not successfully issued. Brand-specific terms, expiry and redemption rules may apply.

7. Refund Destination & Timing

Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method, subject to payment provider and banking timelines. The time for the amount to appear may vary after a refund is initiated.

8. How to Raise a Request

Contact support@ihandel.app with your registered contact details, transaction/reference ID, amount, date, service type and a description of the issue. Additional evidence may be requested where necessary.

9. Incorrect User Details

Transactions successfully completed using incorrect details entered by the user may not be eligible for refund because the service may already have been delivered to the supplied account or number.

10. Exceptional Cases

Where a situation is not specifically covered above, iHandel may review the matter based on transaction records, partner confirmation, applicable law and the nature of the service.
